• Administrative services, in particular the initiation of the proceedings and processing of payments

• Additional services such as the organisation of travel, accommodation and refreshments etc.

About us

CORTHO ARBITRATION is the brainchild of lawyers Gabriel Nigon, Jürg Galliker and Andri Obrist (Galliker and Obrist also work as Swiss Bar Association mediators).

Coming from a range of different careers and with a variety of experience, all three of them realised that the existing tools for dispute resolution do not always meet the current requirements of people looking for legal assistance.

This is why they developed CORTHO ARBITRATION: a modern and efficient procedure designed to supplement existing procedures.
