• Party representative in more than 25 arbitrations, both ad hoc and administered by various institutions, mainly under ICC and Swiss Rules.
  

LITIGATION:

• More than 210 proceedings before courts of first instance in various cantons of Switzerland, before the commercial courts of the cantons of Zurich, Bern, Aargau and St. Gallen, before the higher courts of the canton of Zurich and other cantons as well as before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court. Numerous international civil proceedings as co-counsel.

MEDIATION:

• Mediator in commercial litigation
• Court expert in international law issues, and representation of selected clients in white collar criminal litigation.
